Rules of Procedure for the Membership of the BLISKO Association
§1 General provisions
Any person who meets the following criteria may become a member of the Association:
- He lives and works in Switzerland.
- Identifies with the association's mission and values.
- She wants to carry out projects related to the broad areas of inclusion, personal development, education and parenting and the arts.
- Undertakes to comply with the statutes and regulations of the Association.
- Submits an application and pays the membership fee.
§2 Application process
To become a member of the Association, an applicant must:
- Complete and submit the relevant application form.
- Pay the membership fee for the calendar year in question. To the indicated account number ..........
The application will be considered by the MEMBERSHIP department of the association, which will decide on the admission on the basis of compatibility with the aims and values of the association. The application will be processed within 14 working days. The Association, will not refund the subscription for the year in question, in the event of cancellation of membership during the calendar year.
§3 Types of membership
- There are three types of membership in the Association:
- Full membership - for those who are actively involved in activities, who wish to participate in projects and events and who wish to promote their services through the Association's activities.
- Supporting membership - for people who want to support the Association financially or organisationally, but who do not take an active part in the day-to-day activities and do not promote their activities.
- Honorary membership - awarded by the Board of Directors for special services to the Association.
§4 Responsibilities of members
- Individuals who are full members of the Association are required to:
- To pay regular contributions of CHF 55 once a year.
- Actively participate in the Association's activities, including attending meetings and responding to correspondence.
- Prepare materials in accordance with the Association's standards. 2 Supporting members are obliged to:
- Regular payment of premiums in any amount, with a minimum of CHF 25 once a year.
- To support the Association financially or organisationally according to its capacity.
§5 Members' rights
1. Full Membership.
A member of the Association has the right to:

Place your business card on the Association's website and update it in the event of changes.

Publication of two posts per year on the Association's official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) in accordance with the standards created by the Association.

Participate in projects carried out by the Association.

Participation in the General Assembly with voting rights (applies to full and honorary members).

Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.

Each further sponsored post, over and above the number set in the terms and conditions, will incur an additional charge of 20 chf.

For non-members of the Association: price of one sponsored post on Facebook: from CHF 100, on Instagram (report plus sponsored post): from CHF 150. These prices do not apply to Association members.
2 Supporting Membership:

Participate in projects carried out by the Association.

Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.

Possibility to publish promotional posts for a fee of 30 chf..
3 Honorary membership
- Participate in projects carried out by the Association.
- Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.
- Take an active part in the work of the Association and the realisation of its objectives.
- Possibility to publish promotional posts for a fee of 30 chf.
§6 Resignation and exclusion procedures
A member may resign from the Association at any time by submitting a written declaration to the Executive Board.
1. Exclusion from membership may occur in the event of:
- Failure to pay contributions by the agreed deadline.
- Actions to the detriment of the Association.
- Violations of the Association's statutes or regulations.
(2) The decision to exclude is taken by the Board of Directors and the member has the right to appeal the decision to the General Assembly.
§7 Final provisions
- Any amendments to the bylaws must be approved by the General Meeting.
- The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the date of their adoption by the General Meeting.
- The Board determines which projects will be implemented. Projects carried out by Members can be supported by making them available on SM channels. The Association does not have to get involved in projects carried out by Members.
- Annual meetings will be held in the first quarter of the calendar year.
