Cooperation - the motto of Gallery Local for 2026 - is not an ordering slogan, but an open question.

In May, it will return as the title of a group exhibition; before that, however, we want to stay with it in the form of a meeting.

Kunst Apero becomes a pretext for a conversation conducted outside the logic of optimisation ;-), in the direct presence of art, through word, gesture, attention.

It is an invitation to an analogue exchange between people who recognise the scale of the change taking place - or are just trying to name it.

We are interested in cooperation understood as a tension between the individual and the community, as responsibility, co-presence, the decision to be together in a non-obvious time. How do we build relationships in a reality that redefines notions of trust, communication and agency?

What forms of interaction are possible today and which are just emerging?

On 28 February, we invite everyone for whom cooperation is not a strategy but an attitude - and who see it as one of the key points of reference for the future.

The meeting will be held in a relaxed format Kunst Apero,  without a programme and without a script, as a space for conversation and cooperation.

Admission is open; there will be an opportunity to contribute to the cost by dropping a donation into a can on site - The suggested amount is CHF 25, or at your own discretion and ability.
