To the indicated account number ..........<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application will be considered by the MEMBERSHIP department of the association, which will decide on the admission on the basis of compatibility with the aims and values of the association. The application will be processed within 14 working days. The Association, will not refund the subscription for the year in question, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0in the event of cancellation of membership during the calendar year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a73 Types of membership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are three types of membership in the Association:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Full membership<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> - for those who are actively involved in activities, who wish to participate in projects and events and who wish to promote their services through the Association's activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Supporting membership<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> - for people who want to support the Association financially or organisationally, but who do not take an active part in the day-to-day activities and do not promote their activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Honorary membership<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> - awarded by the Board of Directors for special services to the Association.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a74 Responsibilities of members<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals who are full members of the Association are required to:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To pay regular contributions of CHF 55 once a year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actively participate in the Association's activities, including attending meetings and responding to correspondence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare materials in accordance with the Association's standards.\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Supporting members are obliged to:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol><\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular payment of premiums in any amount, with a minimum of CHF 25 once a year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To support the Association financially or organisationally according to its capacity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a75 Members' rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Full Membership.<br \/>A member of the Association has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place your business card on the Association's website and update it in the event of changes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publication of two posts per year on the Association's official social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) in accordance with the standards created by the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in projects carried out by the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the General Assembly with voting rights (applies to full and honorary members).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each further sponsored post, over and above the number set in the terms and conditions, will incur an additional charge of 20 chf.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For non-members of the Association: price of one sponsored post on Facebook: from CHF 100, on Instagram (report plus sponsored post): from CHF 150. These prices do not apply to Association members.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 Supporting Membership:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in projects carried out by the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possibility to publish promotional posts for a fee of 30 chf.<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3 Honorary membership<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in projects carried out by the Association.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make use of the resources and support offered by the Association.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take an active part in the work of the Association and the realisation of its objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possibility to publish promotional posts for a fee of 30 chf.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a76 Resignation and exclusion procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>A member may resign from the Association at any time by submitting a written declaration to the Executive Board.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Exclusion from membership may occur in the event of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to pay contributions by the agreed deadline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actions to the detriment of the Association.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violations of the Association's statutes or regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2) The decision to exclude is taken by the Board of Directors and the member has the right to appeal the decision to the General Assembly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a77 Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any amendments to the bylaws must be approved by the General Meeting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Rules of Procedure shall enter into force on the date of their adoption by the General Meeting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Board determines which projects will be implemented. Projects carried out by Members can be supported by making them available on SM channels.
